We're holding our our fourth annual Labor United for Universal Healthcare Garden Party to grow the single payer movement.
The ACA has provided several improvements to healthcare but we cannot stop working for healthcare reform until we have universal coverage for all residents.
For unions healthcare continues to be a contentious issue in bargaining, millions of residents still remain without healthcare coverage and thousands are caught in the gap of now having insurance but cannot afford the out of pocket costs.
We must continue the struggle to achieve universal healthcare for all, but we also need to nurture our community and ourselves. Join us at the 2014 Garden Party as we replenish our souls and help our movement grow.
